- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★All Beacon FCU's are so great to work with and they have helped me get back on track when others deemed me "un-helpable", so I will always be grateful and possibly a bit biased in their favor, but this bank truly treats you like a neighbor, or a friend, rather than a customer. This location is near home for me so I have stopped here often and they are always super friendly and pretty fast. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I started business with the Credit Union in 1991. They were GREAT, until they had a change in the upper managment. It was not long after that until I had problems with them. I'm not going to go into all the problems, but I will say watch your back. Trust no one! Keep a close...a very close eye on your account. When the loan officer tells you, "that's a pretty expensive car...why don't you look for something cheaper", I have a problem with it...especially when I've got the money to purchase what I like.
